MEET LEYLA BOGLE, LMFT

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to the parts of life that are hard to talk about — the quiet exhaustion of keeping everything together, the grief without a clear name, the identity shifts that catch you off guard.

I'm based in Los Angeles and provide telehealth therapy throughout California.

I've been doing this work since 2012. I'm still curious, still engaged, and still genuinely invested in every person I work with.

Most of my clients are high-functioning people who've been carrying something alone for longer than they needed to. I try to make this a space where that's not just okay — it's understood.

SPECIALTY & APPROACH

I offer specialized, inclusive care for life’s profound transitions—helping you feel supported, understood, and more like yourself.

My work tends to center around two kinds of people: those navigating the profound shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and grief — and people who are anxious, hard on themselves, and exhausted from holding it all together.

I've invested in advanced training in perinatal mental health because this work deserves more than general support. This work is close to my heart, informed not only by that training but by personal experience with pregnancy loss and the postpartum period. The experiences that come with building a family — including the losses and the hard parts — are some of the most significant of a person's life, and I take them seriously.

My approach is integrative. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. What I use depends on what's actually helpful for you. I stay flexible, and I stay curious.

I strive to provide inclusive and affirming care and warmly welcome clients across diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, family structures, and lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ individuals and families.

WHEN I’M NOT IN SESSION

When I'm not in session, I'm happiest spending time with my family and kids, exploring new restaurants, getting lost in good music, or planning the next trip. I love to travel and genuinely believe a great meal in a new place is one of life's best things. And then there are Betty and Norman — my two dogs who have both mastered the art of showing up on camera at exactly the right moment and somehow always make people feel more at ease.
