SERVICES
Virtual Therapy Services in California
I provide individual therapy via telehealth to teens (13+), young adults, and adults throughout California, including Los Angeles, the Bay Area, San Diego, Sacramento, and beyond. Sessions are held over a secure video platform so you can meet from wherever you are — your home, your car, wherever works.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes — all of my sessions are held via telehealth, which means you can meet with me from anywhere in California. Sessions take place over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You just need a private space and a reliable internet connection.
-
Yes. I currently accept Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross (Anthem), and Cigna/Evernorth. I recommend checking with your insurance company about your specific telehealth benefits before we start — I can help walk you through this during our consultation if needed.
-
That's completely okay, and honestly pretty common. The free 15-minute consultation is designed for exactly this — it's a low-stakes way to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if it seems like a good fit. There's no pressure or expectation.
-
Yes. This is an area I've invested significant clinical training in, and it's work I approach with real care. Pregnancy loss and termination for medical reasons are often experiences people carry without adequate support — I want this to be a place where that changes.
-
No. You don't need to be at a breaking point to benefit from therapy. Many people I work with are functioning reasonably well by external measures — they just know something is off, or they're carrying more than they should have to alone. That's a valid reason to come in.
-
Yes. I provide inclusive and affirming care and welcome clients across diverse identities, backgrounds, and family structures.

Perinatal mental health refers to the emotional and psychological wellbeing of individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. A perinatal mental health therapist has specialized training in the unique experiences of this season — including prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy loss, and the identity shifts of becoming a parent. I have advanced training in this area and am currently pursuing formal certification.

It depends on what you're working on and what you're hoping to get out of it. Some people come for a focused period of time — 3 to 6 months — to work through a specific experience or transition. Others find ongoing support valuable for longer. We'll talk about goals early on and check in as we go.
